3. Site Investigation

Before we go ahead with a site, we will fully understand risks below ground and devise strategies to mitigate and cost manage. Our objective is always to eliminate unknowns and to deliver time and cost certainty.

4. Design Compliance

We have a clear understanding of scheme design compliance and the creation of places. Where a site is HCA grant funded, we will only ever propose a scheme that fully takes account of the HCA’s design quality expectations in a post Design & Quality Standards operating environment.

Our aim is always to offer you market-led design schemes. In our drive to assist sales, we work intensively with local authorities to bring forward the most up-to-date designs.

5. Viability

We understand your capital grant and revenue constraints, and how marginal scheme viability becomes in grant-funded schemes during the time from HCA allocation to SOS.

We challenge entrenched cost estimating practices to achieve real cost efficiencies. This is not value engineering; it is genuine cost innovation. This enables you to report sound and transparent scheme milestone forecasting for the comprehensive range of development types we offer.

We look after production control from pre-commencement conditions through to handover and post completion Section Agreements. Our programming exists specifically to safeguard your forecasting and mortgage loan position.
