Mark has assisted, surveyed and lead on a varying degree of exciting projects across several sectors, gaining valuable knowhow and knowledge of varying construction methods.

He has experienced and worked under a number of different forms of contract including JCT Design & Build, traditional forms, and NEC3. He has worked on many different and interesting projects. These have ranged from the conversion/refurbishment of 120-year-old houses into social housing in the middle of Manchester, and new build education facilities such as The Oasis Academy Immingham and Abraham Moss High School, Manchester, to the University of Huddersfield refurbishment of the Central Services Building and also City House, Leeds office block refurbishment, landlocked by Network Rail.
