Fantastic clean up day in Old Trafford

Lane End Developments were delighted to attend the Old Trafford clean up event hosted by Adactus and Trafford Housing Trust on 27 October. It was a fun filled day, with families and children from the local area working hard to clean up their local neighbourhood – and numerous industrial skips were filled to the brim.

Each child received raffle tickets for all of their hard work throughout the clean-up and for various different craft activities – including making Halloween Minion pumpkins!

The raffle was drawn at the end of the afternoon, with prizes that included a trolley full of food from Mellwood and Lane End Development’s prize of four tickets to a Manchester United match in premiership seats with access to the Evolution suite for a fully inclusive afternoon. The winning raffle ticket for the Lane End prize was held by a young man who had been working very hard all day – and was absolutely delighted to win.

Lane End Developments Office Manager, Alannah Hunter, who attended the event with colleagues, commented, “We very much enjoy being active in the community and were delighted to support this local charity event. It was a fantastic day with lots of community spirit and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We are really looking forward to attending the match early next year with the young man who won the prize and his family.”
